The Next Step
1. Contact Sphere Entertainments for our availability (by phone or the contact form below). Ask any questions you would like initially answered. We are happy if you would prefer to communicate via e-mail to start with.
2. We answer your questions and help you decide which options are best for you. We can set up an initial consultation to discuss your requirements and your options. This is friendly, informal and there is NO hard selling or pressure to book. We meet ‘virtually’ via Skype/Facetime/Zoom.
3. We send you a quotation to consider at which point your event date will be held for 14 days. When you feel you are ready to book we send you a Booking Agreement to secure your DJ.
4. Final planning will happen approximately 2-4 weeks (depending on your level of service) before your event takes place. We will discuss everything and finalise all the details.
5. Your event day arrives! Relax and enjoy yourself knowing that Sphere Entertainments will take care of event entertainment. It’s party time…
